The evening

So. The Evening.

We decided to walk around the building,
and we found a little piece of Heaven.

Called, The VIP area.

There was absolutely nobody back there.

We were the only ones.

There were little shelters, with gauzy white curtains, and wood floors.

And incredibly comfy cushioned lounges.

And a whole bar, with our own bartender.

Even though we weren't vip's, we decided to settle in and get comfortable.

It wasn't hard.

You can see the bar behind us.

And the lounges had really cool shelf thingys that pulled out.

A side view.

And of course, a beach scene wouldn't be complete without one of these....

In the late afternoon

In the evening

Donna.

I asked the vartender if I could move in....
He said si.
I don't think he understood the question.

It was the most relaxing day, and this time was the best part.

We stayed till almost 8 oclock.
Then, we started to get hungry.

We went back to our room to get showered and changed,
And guess who we found there?

This litle guy

He was cute.
And those are fresh flower petals

And this little guy.

Very cool.

After photographing them, I decided to document the rest of the fanciness.

The toilet paper.

They did this every day, twice a day.

Anytime I used the bathroom in our room, I used fancy paper.

The same with the face cloths.

This is the shower.
Back to the left there is a bench, right inside the shower, with it's own shower wand.

See the size of the shower head?

Loved this shower.

My Pioneer Woman pose.

So, after we made ourselves beautiful, we went to dinner at the main buffet.

Every night there is a new theme.

Guess what this night's was?

Mexican Night!!

And then Donna spotted something.
Something she liked a lot.

She gasped and said, "Look! It's Fabio! Can you take my picture with him?"

She wouldn't ley me just ask the guy, so...

She stalked him.

Whenever he turned back, she'd be like, "Hum de hum, just getting some bread."

It was hilarious.
This is me pretending I'm just taking pictures of the buffet.
Fabio was getting suspicious.

But, it's a cool pic. Red Ice Rooster.

After we ate, we went to the Sports Bar, where there was a mini Bazaar going on.
Lot's a booths with cool things for sale.

But the coolest thing was this guy.

He was amazing. He used spray cans, one paint brush, a little sponge, and a round metal thing.

To make these.

This is the one I watched him make.
Took him five minutes.

I sooo wanted to buy it.
He was only charging $20.

After that the evening entertainment started.
There was something different each night.

This show was cool. There was just tribal drums, and tribesmen danced around,
and made weird bird calls.

It was quite exciting.

They also stuck their feet into fire.

The drummer.

The main guy was dressed in this elaborate Feather thing.

Here's a good shot of him.

After watching this, we went back to our room, and sat on our patio till we fell into bed.

It was an awesome day.

  1. Bwahahaha!!! :D In the first pic of Donna and Fabio, if she had just reached out her right hand... palm side up.. fingers slightly together... she could've squeezed that rear. At least, it would've looked like she did in the pic. ;)

    VIP area = awesome.

Spray paint artist = awesome!! I love that last pic, too. Beautiful.
